Hello evreybody.
This is my new blog.
You must be asking yourself why this blog calls himself 500 calories.
Well it’s pretty simple I want to tell what you can do with these 500 calories.
You can eat whatever you want and still feel thin and lean.
I had my 2 miles run today and I burned 650 calories this means I can eat chocolate cake with no bad feelings or feel fat.
This blog is for all the people who fights obesity and for those who always felt fat.
I want to share with you my experience so you would feel better
